For women, the benefits are profound: reliable transport reduces risks of gender-based violence, creates jobs as staff and pilots, and unlocks new income opportunities. The W+ Standard measured a 72% increase in time savings, with women using this time to support their children’s education, grow businesses, and engage in community life, alongside a 51% increase in income and assets, strengthening household well-being and long-term resilience.
